# Terms of Use

## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing your private gallery through the QR code, you agree to these Terms of Use.

## 2. Gallery Access
- Your QR code provides temporary access to your child's photos
- Access expires on the ordering deadline date
- Do not share your QR code with others

## 3. Ordering
- Minimum order amount: 15,000 HUF
- Orders must be placed before the deadline
- Payment is processed through SimplePay
- Physical products: pickup at school/institution
- Digital products: available for download after retouching (processing time communicated separately)

## 4. Privacy
- We only collect necessary billing information for orders
- Photos and access tokens are automatically deleted after the retention period

## 5. Invoicing
- We can only invoice private individuals (not companies)
- Valid email address required for order confirmation

## 6. Changes
We may update these terms. You will be asked to accept new versions when they are published.
